Mixtiles

Mixtiles turns photos into framed tiles that stick to the wall without damage. Customers pick their photos, frames and style, and the tiles ship to their door.

I built internal tools and experimentation infrastructure to improve operational efficiency and support data-driven product decisions: an operations dashboard focused on optimizing shipping costs, real-time inventory visibility and updates, and A/B testing infrastructure and product analytics, working with product and design to run experiments and measure outcomes.

The challenge was connecting operational data to practical business workflows, so shipping costs and inventory were accessible and actionable, while keeping experimentation reliable across the product.

The result was better visibility into shipping and inventory, enabling more informed operational decisions and supporting cost-optimization efforts.
